International Food Fair
In the food fair, I didn't spent lots of time at our food store, because I needed to vedio for the food fair for MCTV. I always get out from my store and worked all around the Lower Hall. I always leave the store but my groupmates didn't said anything. I was so sorry about that and I thank for my groupmates very much. After I finished my job, I suddenly back to our store quickly and helped.
When I was back, I took our board, stand on the chair and shouted loudly. I wanted to let my groupmates sat down and have a rest. I shouted very loud because I wanted to get attention from F.1 students. My voice was bad after the food fair, I can't speak loudly and clearly.
After the food fair, our class helped to tidy up the Lower Hall. I was so suprize that all of us were working very hard to claen up the Lower Hall, no one stayed beside and let others to do it for them. The cleaners thanks for our help. I was so happy and I think it was a meaningful work.
After the food fair, I learnt that teamworks were very improtent. Without teamworks, we can't do many things, we can't decorate the hole store by ourselves, we can't cook/make that so much food on our own. We need others (groupmates) to help us.

Homework
I thought that making advertisement for the food fair is interesting and funny. I've learnt how to do filming ,writing script, drawing storyboard. I liked the filming part, I thought how to film with my group, we talked together. I disliked the writing script part, it was hard to think how to write for the film and the script. I thought we should put the film not only on a CD but also in a memory stick next time. I think it will be more easy to show our film in class.

A dish that I am interested in making for the food fair
I am interested in making Banana Pudding.
I chose banana pudding because I love eating and making dessert very much. When I saw this dessert, I want to eat it and try to make it out. I want to make this for the food fair.
Peel
I chose this word because I think it's useful in cooking. I think this word means take the skin off of something like fruits. I think we should learn this word so we can read the recipe for the perpareing of the food fair.

The ninth wonder of the world (a wonder of Hong Kong)
If I need to chose a wonder in Hong Kong to be the ninth wonder of the world, I will chose Giant Buddha. I chose Giant Buddha because of it is the world's tallest, outdoor, seated bronze Buddha. The Giant Buddha is 34 metres high, weighing 250 tonnes. It took over 20 years to complete. I think Giant Buddha is the best wonder in Hong Kong to be the ninth wonder of the world.

My Hobby
My hobby is doing crafts. In my spare time, I always do crafts like making cards, making stickers. I like drawing also, although my drawing is bad. I put all my crafts in my room, it makes my room so colourful. Some times when my friends birthday, I make them cards and other crafts, I think it is better than the cards we can buy outside.
