A dish that I am interested in making for the food fair

I am interested in making Banana Pudding.
I chose banana pudding because I love eating and making dessert very much. When I saw this dessert, I want to eat it and try to make it out. I want to make this for the food fair.

Peel
I chose this word because I think it's useful in cooking. I think this word means take the skin off of something like fruits. I think we should learn this word so we can read the recipe for the perpareing of the food fair.
